Terms of Service (MINI THIEF)

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of MINI THIEF ("the Game") and set out the rights,

duties and responsibilities of users and the operations team.

2. Effect and amendment

  1. These Terms take effect when published inside the Game or on its distribution page.
  2. The operations team may amend these Terms and will publish the effective date of any change.

3. The service

  1. The Game is a casual puzzle game that runs on a single device.
  2. The Game provides no account, login, ranking, multiplayer, advertising or payment features.
  3. Progress data is never stored on a server; it stays on the device.

4. User obligations

Users must not:

  1. copy, distribute or sell the Game's source code or resources without permission;
  2. reverse engineer the Game in a way that infringes the rights of others;
  3. use the Game for any purpose that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Game - code, graphics, sound and design - belongs

to the operations team. Users may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Disclaimer

  1. The operations team is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or device failure.
  2. The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
  3. The operations team is not liable for issues caused by the user's own device environment.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute

shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the operations team's location.
